So good! We love Sparks BBQ! They catered our wedding last year and did a fantastic job, the food was delicious and well prepared plus everyone loved it and continues to talk about it. We just returned to have lunch on our anniversary and just as we expected it was still amazing. Great restaurant atmosphere and all around great place. Highly recommended! Picture is of the baked potato salad, Mac n cheese, brisket and pulled pork. Smoked queso is also the bomb

This place was incredible! Some of the most mouthwatering barbecue we’ve had in a long time. They have some unique items on their menu, but don’t shy away because they absolutely know what they’re doing! Between drinks, food, and service, we left fully satisfied and excited to return!

The BBQ Sauce was exquisite. My buddy and I had several shots of it over the course of our meal. The water was also excellent, the ice they had really complimented thier tap water. It made a magical blend of a drink. I would also recommend the cheese sauce they had. It paired well with the macaroni and brisket fat. Will definitely be coming back for the exceptional food, especially the cheese sauce

If I could give a million stars I definitely would! This place is absolutely Mouth watering wonderfully delicious! I got the Pit Mac & cheese with brisket the Mac and cheese is rather bland. But with the brisket and bbq sauce it was really good (GET THE BRISKET OHHH MY FOODNESS). My husband got the wett chubby wrap and it was probably the best wrap ever in life, I wish I had gotten that! Overall the atmosphere is perfect for a date or family or anything at all really! The drinks were very yummy as well! The new strawberry cornbread was phenomenal!!

This place was recommended by a friend and it was great! The mac was good! The tacos were amazing as well! The most note worthily thing was the RIBs!!! Not messy, the dry rub was perfect! Fell off the bone goodness! Do yourself a favor and check it out! ...

The BBQ Tacos with Brisket were absolutely delicious! Also got the Banana Pudding - it was a great dessert to cap off a delicious meal. My wife got the Mac & Cheese with Brisket and she says it was so good. And my Mom got the BBQ Chicken sandwich - she planned on just eating half but ended up eating all of it! Oh, and the cheese dip that comes with the pretzels was so, SO good! Get you some!

Highly recommend dining at Sparks BBQ. I selected the Beef Brisket. It was a thick slice of meat that fell apart by only using a fork. The flavor was amazing. Their cornbread was literally the most moist bread I’ve ever eaten. So delicious! Two thumbs way up!

Love this place. Everything has such good flavor. We had the BBQ Mac and cheese and the ultimate nachos with ground beef. The only complaint was there wasn't much meat on either dish. It really made a difference with the nachos.
